Hi! I am the Dean of Students for the 2nd floor at Central High School, my alma mater.
After graduating from Central High, I pursued a Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Science Education with a focus on Earth Science and Biology. I then continued my education at Augustana University, where I earned my Master’s in Education. Currently, I am working towards an Education Specialist (Ed.S.) degree in Administration and Leadership at the University of South Dakota.
In addition to my academic background, I served as a 12N (Heavy Equipment Operator) in the Army National Guard for six years, an experience that has greatly enriched my leadership skills and work ethic. I have been a science teacher since 2018 and have recently transitioned into administration, where I am excited to apply my experience and passion for education in a new role.
