Official graduation portraits will be taken on May 7th and May 15th at CHS in the CCC. Hang up your graduation gown now to avoid wrinkles 🙂 See attached form for pricing.

If you are post-secondary bound next fall, be sure to complete a FINAL TRANSCRIPT form (yellow) in the CCC! Also, we highly suggest that you include your immunization records if you will be living on campus.
